Dividends of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: The Moral and Market-Based Strategic Lever

March 4, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

Join us to learn how healthcare organizations are implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across their workforces, systems and structures to achieve strategic objectives and improve the health of patients and communities. Not only is it a moral imperative, but according to a 2018 study by McKinsey, “There is a penalty for opting out. Overall, companies in the bottom quartile for both gender and ethnic/cultural diversity were 29% less likely to achieve above-average profitability than were all other companies in our data set.”

Our panel will share how healthcare planners can play a key role in accelerating DE&I initiatives to attract and retain top talent, support the delivery of care to diverse communities, improve financial performance, and encourage greater innovation.

Our Panelists

  • Frantz Berthaud, Administrative Director, Disease Center Operations of the Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology and the Center for Cancer Therapeutic Innovation, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
