Webinar: Wellforce Care Plan Medicaid Accountable Care Organization

On March 1, 2018, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services launched a massive redesign to the Massachusetts Medicaid program, converting nearly 1.2 million members to an Accountable Care Organization. The Wellforce Care Plan is a Medicaid Accountable Care Organization in Partnership with Fallon Health, a managed care organization in Massachusetts.
