The Oath for Healthcare Leaders is a collaborative project that seeks to nurture a unity of purpose, bringing everyone in healthcare together. Linking traditional professional codes based on virtue ethics with poetic language and mythological narratives that enable deep reflection and self-awareness, the oath not only brings us together but also brings us back to ourselves.
This webinar will introduce the value of oaths in modern society, the values that shape the Oath for Healthcare Leaders, and trace how an Oath for everyone in healthcare can further strategic planning, shared decision-making, and confident investments in our future.
