Presenter: Austin Potter, MBA

Austin Potter is a Senior Managing Consultant in BRG’s Portfolio Optimization Practice. Austin has more than 10 years of experience in hospital operations, finance, strategic planning and developing ambulatory networks. Prior to joining BRG, Austin was the Director of Ambulatory Services at a regional health system in Connecticut. In this role, he oversaw the development of a robust ambulatory care network where every patient had access to primary care, urgent care, basic imaging and blood draw within 10 minutes. Austin built his foundation in healthcare working in decision support and business intelligence bringing years of expertise in health and data analytics. He has also served in the role of business development and strategic planning. Since joining BRG, Austin has lead several large health system implementations through referral network management and central referral office builds, service line optimization, portfolio evaluation of services and regional health system integration. Austin currently serves as the direct client executive and project director for a $2.7B health system.
