Webinar: Concierge Medicine: A Value-Added Business Model for Patients, Providers and Health Systems
May 16 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Changes in the US healthcare marketplace, including a heightened focus on patient consumerism, are leading to patients increasingly choosing providers who offer personalized care, enhanced communication capabilities, flexible hours of operation, on-demand appointment availability and convenient locations that minimize travel. These growing patient preferences are forcing health systems to rethink their portfolio of ambulatory care services and develop solutions that not only cater to patients’ changing demands but also provide financial opportunities to the system. Concierge medicine programs that align with organizational strategic objectives and are properly implemented will expand patient care choices, retain experienced providers, increase operating margins and better position the organization for sustainable, long-term success.
