The COVID-19 pandemic saw unprecedented growth in digital health. Virtual care adoption stabilized in 2022, and with this stability, providers have now shifted their focus to embedding telehealth into everyday care through the creation of digitally enabled care models and alignment with broader strategic imperatives. This presentation will focus on (1) best practices for integrating digital care across your organization, including organizational structure & governance; and (2) lessons learned from innovators in digital health programs (e.g., remote patient monitoring, hospital-at-home).
