Pandemic conditions accelerated at-home programs and propelled investment in new service models. An increasing number of providers and companies are entering this space.
There is a lot to keep up with as healthcare strategists are faced with increasingly complicated planning conditions, new care delivery models, and collaborations with non-traditional players. The need to control costs across healthcare has stimulated innovation in where care is being delivered. Changes in technology, biometrics and consumer focused initiatives is rapidly changing the site where care is provided to the home, but are we ready to embrace the advancements and what it means to the traditional models of care delivery.
