Our speakers will offer their perspectives and tips to ensure future focused work gets done and plans are implemented. They will highlight the skills and techniques health care executives can leverage to execute your organization’s strategy during unpredictable and resource constrained times.
We’ll also be holding our annual meeting and awarding our Healthcare Strategist of the Year. Don’t miss this day of learning, networking, and celebrating!

Addressing Today’s Major Challenges While Continuing to Plan for Future Success
David Storto will share how Wellforce transitioned from its history as a holding company to Tufts Medicine as an integrated, lower cost operating company that is committed to consumerism, value-based care and a pluralistic physician network. David will also discuss how his prior experience as a hospital executive has helped to inform and define his distinctive role as a Chief Strategy Officer. He’ll discuss lessons learned and specifically address:
- Striking a leadership balance between being the provocateur and using a combination of relationship management, authenticity and other levers to move system-wide strategy forward.
- Redeploying communications and strategic planning resources internally to address immediate needs to improve performance.
- How the organization evolved its rebrand to Tufts Medicine and developed its current Mission, Vision and Values.
