Hospitals and health systems, especially not-for-profits, are under increasing scrutiny to demonstrate their effectiveness in serving the needs of their communities. This is especially important for community members who have been historically marginalized and underserved. The Massachusetts Health Data Consortium will demonstrate how these additional analyses create a more complete picture of hospital and health system performance and areas for strategic planning.
