Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs) have been with us now in our healthcare system for 25 years. Most of us have experience creating and implementing CINs as well as ACOs. However, with experience under our belts and new market entrants, health systems are rethinking their original designs. Our organizational models must evolve to include a broader group of stakeholders across the care continuum. And the structures go only so far if the overarching health system culture does not support their viability. Learn about new and innovative models that engage health systems and physician groups, in addition to non-traditional partners to achieve success.
