Recently I’ve been pulled into some work to help with our current capacity crisis. It’s exciting to get to see the work come to fruition and then here from the clinical staff the positive affect it’s having.

Less than a year! I’m a newbie.
How has NESHS helped you?
I love getting to hear from industry leaders, it’s an opportunity I wouldn’t have otherwise. I also really enjoying learning other perspectives. We tend to get siloed and it’s important to think outside the box.
