Aimee Brewer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sturdy Health, an independent, non-profit integrated healthcare system based in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Sturdy Health provides comprehensive healthcare services to communities in Southeastern Massachusetts and neighboring Rhode Island through its acute care hospital and 26 medical office locations.

Aimee serves on the Board of Trustee of Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association (MHA), as an Advisory Council Member of The Massachusetts Health Policy Commission (HPC) and was recently appointed Region 1 State Delegate of the American Hospital Association’s Regional Policy Board. Within the community, Aimee is a Corporator of the Hockomock Area YMCA, a Corporator of Bristol County Savings Bank, and a member of the Wheaton College Community Council.

Justine Zilliken is the vice president and chief strategy officer for Sturdy Health, an independent community focused health system dedicating to being the region’s most trusted and preferred healthcare provider and employer. With experience in operations, communications and strategy, she delivers optimum financial performance and strategic service line growth as a result of her “people first” mindset, delivering top tier patient, employee and physician experiences.

Since joining Sturdy Health in January 2022, Justine has led the creation of Sturdy Health’s first, five-year strategic plan. Justine also launched three key service lines (spine surgery, vascular surgery, and robot assisted orthopedic surgery) to ensure care remains close to home for those who entrust Sturdy with their health and wellness. She stewards all government relations efforts and relationships, securing Sturdy Health’s first ever congressional directed spending allocation of $2.8M toward the expansion of the health system’s Emergency Center and addition of dedicated behavioral unit. This funding was the highest award made in the State of Massachusetts during the session.
