Presenters: Reid Plimpton & Sarah Kessler

Reid Plimpton is the Project Manager for the federally funded (HRSA/FORHP) Northeast Telehealth Resource Center, a member of the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers. While assisting organizations in developing, implementing, and expanding telehealth programs, he researches and tracks telehealth reimbursement policies, legal and regulatory issues, model programs, telehealth technology, and other topics. Mr. Plimpton completed his Master of Public Health with Honors from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice in June of 2019.

Sarah Kessler is the Manager of Digital Health Services at The University of Vermont Health Network, focused on leading a team in the development and implementation of digital health services within both Vermont and throughout the region. She has spent her entire career in healthcare, mostly at The University of Vermont Medical Center, in various roles. She has experience in project management, practice operations, clinical training, business/strategic planning and radiography. She is passionate about patient access and quality and appreciates how digital tools can address both of those.

Sarah holds an MBA, a BS in Professional Studies and an AS in Radiography, all from Champlain College, in Burlington, Vermont.
