John Budd is an Associate Principal of Performance Transformation at ECG Management Consultants who works at the intersections between acute care, service line and medical group performance to lead clients in comprehensive network strategy development and performance transformation. He has held a variety of executive and senior leadership roles within integrated health systems and has led major performance improvement initiatives with some of the nation’s preeminent health systems.

Don Briones is a Senior Manager of Performance Transformation at ECG Management Consultants. A former CFO and finance executive, his extensive experience in strategic and business planning, business transformation and margin improvement makes him a trusted partner to hospitals, health systems and provider organizations that are seeking solutions to optimize their financial performance and market position.

Andrew Helman is a partner in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice group at Dentons Bingham Greenebaum. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and works with all types of businesses, including those in the health care sector, to help them restructure and protect their assets.
