Many hospitals and health systems started the road to recovery from the losses experienced during the early part of the COVID-19 pandemic. While some have completely recovered and are seeking to increase their strategic position in the market, others are still facing difficult situations and an uncertain future. Whatever the situation, hospitals and health systems still have a ways to go in order to fully understand their path forward over the next few years. This presentation will focus on key performance and margin strategies to consider at the different stages of recovery that organizations are facing today.
