Christopher Browning JD is a partner at Nixon Peabody where he represents healthcare providers ranging from integrated institutional healthcare systems to solo practitioners. His clients include hospital systems, surgery centers, medical equipment providers, nursing homes, physician practices, dental practices and new physicians. He focuses his practice on matters involving corporate transactions, state and federal regulatory compliance, professional and facility licensure, and general corporate issues. He also counsels clients on Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party payor enrollment, payment issues and general compliance matters and advises them on Stark and anti-kickback issues in addition to regulatory compliance in transactional matters. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
