Presenters: Andrew Gibbons, Angela Wayne, and Craig Albright:

Andrew Gibbons, CMPE, is Senior Vice President of Practice Operations for Priva Health. Andrew joined Privia Health in 2015 and serves in this role for the company’s South Carolina and Indiana markets. With 27 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, Andrew has served in successive roles including corporate compliance, human resource management as well as hospital and physician practice operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Andrew is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).

Angela Wayne is the Chief Operating Officer for ReFocus Health. She is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience in both private equity–backed platforms and nonprofit academic health systems. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of ReFocus Eye Health, she oversees operations for a multi-state ophthalmology and retina network, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and clinical quality.

Previously, Angela served as CEO and COO of Advantia Health, a national women’s health platform, where she led the company through a successful recapitalization, executed enterprise-wide digital transformation, and delivered top-tier patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Her earlier leadership roles include COO positions at APDerm and Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare, where she scaled networks, improved financial performance, and implemented enterprise solutions in EMR, revenue cycle, and patient access.

Angela is known for her data-driven, collaborative approach and her ability to lead through complexity with integrity, speed, and focus. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA from Boston College. Angela is also a committed mentor, keynote speaker, and former board member for organizations including the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.

Craig Albright is currently CEO of Valera Health, a leading multi-state provider of tele-behavioral health support services focusing on at risk, senior and commercial patient populations.

Previously turnaround CEO of Benevis, a multi-state DSO and largest dental group treating pediatric underserved populations. Led Benevis out of bankruptcy restructuring to year over year EBITDA improvement of >$20M.

Prior to Benevis, was CEO of InHealth Medical Alliance, Inc. (IMA), and previously, CEO of JSA, both full risk primary care groups serving the Medicare Advantage population under global capitation. Both IMA and JSA (previously a division of Davita Medical Group) are leading providers serving the dual eligible (Medicare and Medicaid) market.
Multiple successful exits over 25 years of leadership in investor-backed health care companies. Sector experience also includes specialty physician multi-site provider services, clinical research organizations, behavioral health and occupational medicine.
