Professional Service Agreement: A Tool For Physician Alignment

September 21, 2023 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Often employment of physicians is not the most desired means for physicians to integrate with health systems or other health care companies. A professional services agreement offers an alternative, sometimes more flexible approach, to providing professional services while preserving some physician independence. This webinar will focus on several aspects of working with PSAs including: defining what a PSA is; its benefits and challenges; potential applications and variations; economic considerations, aligning management and governance, and the steps to advancing.
