Complimentary Virtual Workshop: How to Frame Your #Strategy After COVID-19

June 11, 2020 @ 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

We invite you to join your colleagues for NESHS’s virtual spring workshop. Our objective for this unique session is to offer our audience a way to connect with their fellow strategists across New England and discuss “How to Frame Your #Strategy After COVID-19.”

As we continue to adapt to the new “normal” in response to the pandemic and think about the future, it is especially important for strategic planners to be thought leaders in their organizations and bring forward suggestions to help refocus and reprioritize strategic initiatives in a particularly uncertain environment.  Share your thoughts and brainstorm with other healthcare leaders about timely topics such as:

  • Balancing pent-up demand, clinician burn-out, and changing patient use patterns and preferences
  • Responding to ongoing social distancing protocols
  • Continuing to leverage telehealth in a meaningful way
  • Restarting paused strategic initiatives in a much more cash-strained environment
  •  Considering long-term financial implications for hospitals and healthcare organizations

The moderated session will be 60 minutes long, and held via Zoom. To begin the conversation we will start as a whole group, then breakout into smaller groups to dig deeper into the prompts, and finish by highlighting the main points from each of the groups.

We will be offering two opportunities to participate in this complimentary virtual workshop: 8:30-9:30 AM ET and 12:00-1:00 PM ET. Choose which session works best for your schedule, as you can only register for one.
