WEBINAR: Think Differently: Essential Ways to Profitably Grow Medical Practices in a Retail Revolution

September 15 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

  • « WEBINAR: Work-Life Balance In Health Care: No Joke?
  • WEBINAR: Organizational Culture, Chaos, and Tales From the Edge of a Waterfall »

This webinar will key off of a specific medical practice case study to explore and describe how medical practices of any size can leverage market insights and consumer-centric digital technologies to creatively meet the growing expectations of healthcare consumers for choice, access, flexibility and personalization. This interactive case study will describe how one of the largest private equity backed ophthalmology administrative services organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region and a large regional orthopedic group launched comprehensive, results oriented, highly personal digital marketing ecosystems to build profitable volume, attract new patients, establish a high level of brand trust and create loyal brand ambassadors.

Presenter: Mike Slusarz

He is an adjunct professor at Temple University and a Managing Partner at Princeton Partners Healthcare Growth Consulting, a consulting firm offering a broad range of strategic branding, business development and marketing services tailored to meet the unique needs of medical practices.

Mike began his career in marketing communications with General Electric and has held senior leadership positions with Cape Regional Health System, Barnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest health care delivery system, and the Marathon Group, an award-winning advertising, digital marketing and branding firm that he created.
