WEBINAR: Rethinking the Challenges of Rural Medical Care, Disparity and Healthcare

January 20, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Major gaps in rural care delivery (and the disparities they create), are exacerbated by the tensions created between dispersed populations and a facilities-based care delivery system. This webinar will address how rethinking the challenges of rural medical care, disparity, and healthcare inequity can unlock the next generation of healthcare delivery. We will also provide an overview of Medically Home’s rural model of care and how the thinking that drove it unlocked the ability to decentralize all of healthcare delivery. In the process, these initiatives created opportunities to meaningfully improve patient experience and outcomes, while reducing the cost of care across the continuum.
