WEBINAR: Re-engaging Patients and Family Members Post COVID

November 19, 2020 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

COVID-19 and managing the spread of the coronavirus has been truly disruptive to healthcare delivery. Among other changes, patient and family engagement and experience has been largely limited and diminished since the onset of COVID-19. Bringing patients and family members back into hospitals and physician practices as needed post COVID and re-engaging them in their care is a key priority. In this webinar, we will discuss why patient and family engagement and experience is important, barriers to increasing engagement and improving experience and present a model that has proven effective in ambulatory and in-patient settings at increasing patient and family engagement, making operations and processes more patient and family-centered and improving experience for patients, family members and for staff.
