WEBINAR: Pairing the Right Questions with the Right Data: Leveraging Multiple Datasets for Strategic Planning and Community Health Improvement

There is no silver bullet when it comes to data. Especially in dynamic healthcare markets, data deserts, or when providers cover multiple states with varying data availability. It’s advisable to have access to multiple datasets for a more complete and thorough market understanding.

In this session, Stratasan’s Lee Ann Lambdin, SVP of Healthcare Strategy, and Jason Haley, VP of Customer Success, will explore how to use State, Medicare and All-Payer Claims Data in tandem to access the most actionable intelligence for a market. They will explore multiple avenues of data visualization and how to deliver advanced concepts to stakeholders using easily understandable presentations and language. Finally, they will cover using a Community Health Needs Assessment, alongside Demographic and Psychographic data, to inform discussions about population health improvement.

Lee Ann Lambdin is the SVP of Healthcare Strategy at Stratasan. Lee Ann is responsible for the execution of high-touch, strategic engagements contracted by customers, such as Community Health Needs Assessment [CHNA] or strategic planning engagements. She also serves as the Stratasan brand evangelist and a trusted advisor to internal team members and clients, providing industry expertise and high-level strategic direction. Prior to Stratasan, Lee Ann held planning leadership roles over the past 20 years in healthcare with systems such as Saint Thomas Health, Brim Healthcare, and Covenant Health. She is a long-time member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, the Association for Community Health Improvement, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Jason Haley is Stratasan’s VP of Customer Success. Jason is one of Stratasan’s subject matter experts and specializes in client-facing customer engagements that ensure successful client implementations and knowledge retention. In his role, he manages the team responsible for client implementation, retention, and support. As Stratasan’s third employee, Jason has 10 years of healthcare, demographic, and geospatial data/analytics experience. At Stratasan he has held multiple roles, including GIS Manager; Director, and VP of Customer Success; and VP, OT&S. He received both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Geography from Kent State University in northeastern Ohio.
