Many of us have experienced rapid and potentially unanticipated changes to our roles as a result of the pandemic. Join your colleagues as we reconnect in-person for NESHS’s spring conference where we will explore the ways in which the focus and priorities of healthcare strategy and planning have shifted. New skills are needed to help ensure that strategic thinkers are able to be nimble in the changing environment. Our dynamic line-up of speakers will share practical tips and techniques about communication, executive presence, and leadership with applicable and action-oriented takeaways that will impact your daily work.

In-person conference with lots of networking time and each speaker will include an interactive exercise.

We will seat 6 people per table so everyone feels comfortable. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the registration desk.
