Todd Herrmann has over twenty years' experience working with physicians and hospitals in planning, marketing, and corporate development, most of which has been based in Massachusetts. He currently is Vice President of Planning and Business Development for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands (RHCI) responsible for ambulatory services, institution-wide strategic planning, marketing, physician relations, program development, facilities/engineering, payor contracting, and corporate compliance. RHCI is a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility with 5 outpatient centers on Cape Cod and is a member of the Partners Continuing Care division.

Prior to RHCI, Todd was Director of Strategic Planning for Children's Hospital Boston. Early in his career he was a senior consultant with both the TriBrook Group and ECG Management Consultants. He has an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA in health care management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
